Dr Cacoullis is a lovely and caring individual. We've seen him over a few years, and he has really supported us as a family with my son's ASD and school anxiety. He really listens, and will go out of his to offer any support we need. We've been lucky he is our psychiatrist.

I thought the individual therapy sessions took too much time to reflect on how everyone was feeling. I was keen to get to content of the session.

More CBT offered during sessions. The food was very tasty and well prepared.

I could have benefited more by some regular 1-1 psychological appointments and inputs. I could have benefited with more appointment with [name removed] [name removed] too.

Ambiguity about a patients well being disturbed me a lot. The behavousr and tone of a few staff members disturbed me at times. Things could have been dealt with a little compassion.
